Check out our Koo & Telegram accounts!,Koo: https://www.kooapp.com/profile/sputniknews,Sputnik India: https://t.me/sputniknewsindia。    जागरण संवाददाता, हिसार। मजबूरी कहें या गरीबी। हिसार के सेक्टर 9-11 के मोड के पास एक खाली प्लॉट में एक गरीब परिवार अपने बच्चे का शव रख कर चला गया। शव को देख लोंगों ने मामले की सूचना अर्बन एस्टेट थाना पुलिस को दी। पुलिस ने मामले की छानबीन शुरू की तो हैरान करने वाला सच सामने आया।,आलम ये था कि स्वजनों ने पुलिस पूछताछ में बताया कि श्मशान भूमि समिति के कर्मचारी ने उन्हें शव को मिट्टी देने से रोक दिया। उनका तर्क था कि पहले पोस्टमार्टम करवाओं। परिवार गरीबी के चलते इस स्थिति में नहीं था कि वह पोस्टमार्टम व अन्य प्रक्रिया की परेशानी को झेलता। ऐसे में उन्होंने अपने दिल पर पत्थर रख कर मजबूरी में बच्चे के शव को एक खाली प्लॉट में मिट्टी देने से पहले की जाने वाली औपचारिकताएं पूरी कर शव को वहीं छोड़ अपने घर को चले गए।,मूलरूप रूप से बिहार के खगरिया जिले के मनकी गांव का रहने वाली सुनील अपनी पत्नी और बच्चों के साथ काफी समय से शहर की पुरानी सब्जी मंडी ओवरब्रिज के नीचे रहता है और मजदूरी का काम करता है। उसका करीब साढ़े तीन साल का बच्चा कर्ण कई दिनों से बीमार चल रहा था। बीमारी के चलते बुधवार को उसकी मौत हो गई।,स्वजन अंतिम संस्कार के लिए बच्चे को सेक्टर 16-17 के श्मशान भूमि में लेकर गए। वहां पर श्मशान भूमि समिति के कर्मचारियों ने कहा कि पहले शव का सिविल अस्पताल में पोस्टमार्टम करवा कर लाओं उसके बाद शव के अंतिम संस्कार कर प्रक्रिया होगी। मजबूर परिवार को इस बारे में कुछ पता नहीं था। श्मशान भूमि में अंतिम संस्कार की प्रक्रिया न होने से मायूस परिवार बच्चे के शव को लेकर सेक्टर 9-11 के मोड पर पहुंचा।,यहां पर एक खाली प्लॉट में शव को रख दिया। मुंह पर मिली दूध की थैलीशाम करीब साढ़े पांच बजे वहां से गुजर रहे लोगों ने बच्चे के शव को देखा तो अर्बन एस्टेट थाना पुलिस में सूचना दी। पता चलने पर थाना प्रभारी विजय पाल अपनी टीम के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे।,उन्होंने देखा कि बच्चा एक हरे रंग की चुनरी और सफेद कफन में लिपटा हुआ था। मुंह पर दूध की र्थली को थोड़ा सा कट कर रखा हुआ था। ताकि दूध निकला रहे। पुलिस ने शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए सिविल अस्पताल के शवगृह में रखवा दिया। पुलिस ने जांच की तो मृतक बच्चे के स्वजन का पता चल गया। 。
